This notice explains how Repton4 Ltd (“we”, trading as Andy Repton) handles personal data you submit through this website, principally the AI-Fluent Workforce scorecard and any contact forms. We are the data controller.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the scorecard form: name, work email, company, role, and organisation size.
- Your scorecard answers and resulting score.
- Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (no advertising cookies).
Why we use it & legal basis
- To email your results and the related guidance you requested and, with your consent, occasional related emails. Legal basis: consent.
- To respond to enquiries and arrange workshops. Legal basis: legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract.
Who processes it
We use trusted processors to run the site and email: a website host/form handler (Netlify) and an email platform (MailerLite). They process data on our instructions under their own data-protection terms. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and subscriber data only as long as needed for the purpose above, and remove it on request or when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK/EU data-protection law you can access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, and unsubscribe from any email via its link. To exercise these, contact us (below). You may also complain to the UK ICO.
